- Attock Petroleum Limited (“APL”) reserves the right to discontinue this promotion (“Offer”) at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
- All customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when availing of the Offer.
The Offer is only valid at all COCO sites. - The Offer is valid from June 1st to June 30th, 2024, and is subject to product and prize availability.
- For the COCO sites mentioned earlier, Customers who fill their Cars with a minimum of twenty-five litres (25) or more and motorbikes or any other two-wheeler or three-wheeler with a minimum of five litres or more through the APL Fuel card will have an opportunity to win exclusive prizes.
- Winners will be contacted on any day in July, and the winner selection process includes running a bot to select the winner. No human intervention will be made during the selection process.
- By participating in this Offer, the customers have given their consent and have further agreed to provide their personal details, i.e., full name, contact number, and feedback on the campaign through the survey link that they will receive with the SMS after getting fueled up to the specified limit.
- Customers will only receive one gift per transaction if it meets the Offer criteria. (Kindly refer to Clause 5 of these Terms & Conditions).
- APL may display winners’ photos taken during gift handovers on social media after the winner provides consent.
- Without prejudice to the above, APL reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add any of these terms and conditions of the Offer at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice or liability to anyone. All decisions shall be made solely by APL regarding all matters related to or arising out of the Offer or in the event of any difference or dispute, which decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all customers participating in the Offer.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the preceding terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by Pakistan’s governing/prevailing laws.
- APL will bear no responsibility or liability for any matters except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
