The virtual card is a digital version of your VoyNex card, eliminating the need to carry a physical card. Transactions are conducted via a dynamic QR code displayed on your smartphone.
Device & Connectivity Requirements

• Smartphone Usage: The VoyNex Wallet is only functional on smartphones.
• Single Device Access: Your wallet can only be used on one mobile device at a time.
• Internet Access: Generating a QR code requires an active internet connection. Attock stations do not offer Wi-Fi services, so personal connectivity is essential.

After registration on the app:

• You may order a physical VoyNex card for Rs. 600, which will be delivered to your registered address.
• Alternatively, you can purchase the card directly from participating Attock retail outlets.

Absolutely. You may use both and choose your preferred method of payment-via QR code or chip-based physical card.

You can get your loyalty points redeemed on purchase of fuel and/or lubricant from Attock stations after entering your PIN code.

Topping up is easy— you can top up your VoyNex app through your bank account cheque or cash deposit by using assigned virtual account

Immediately block the card through the VoyNex App or contact customer support. A replacement card will be issued after verification.

You can redeem your loyalty points from the app through reward point section.
